How to change your password on Carrier SSO?
If you’ve forgotten your network password, you can easily reset it using Self-Service Password Reset (SSPR).
To use SSPR, make sure you’ve set up Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) first.
With SSPR, you can securely reset your own network password—helping you regain access quickly while reducing calls to the Service Desk!
HOW TO RESET YOUR PASSWORD?
Here’s how!
On any mobile device, (tablet, laptop, mobile phone, etc.) go to
https://passwordreset.carrier.com
Input your username, and then click
Next to proceed.
Choose your preferred authentication method to proceed with the
password reset.
Using your mobile device, open the Okta
Verify app or tap the Okta notification. Next,
select the number shown on the SSPR
screen in the app to verify.
Enter and verify your new password, ensuring it complies with the
listed password complexity requirements. Then click “Reset
Password”.
Great job! Your password has been successfully
reset!
